Manager - Sandy has many years’ experience in the childcare industry and holds a Diploma in Children's Services, prior to taking on role as a manager in family day care she ran her own FDC business. Sandy loves her dogs, listening to music and the company of her friends and family. Sandy has a passion to see other succeed in business and life. Anyone that knows Sandy well, knows Sandy will always look on the brighter side of life.
Katrina Ashmore
Compliance/Project Officer - Katrina is also an Educator with Carinbundi Kids Family Day Care and has over 25 years’ experience in the Family Day Care industry. Katrina has 2 children and has a passion for helping families in our community. Katrina holds an Advanced Diploma in Children's services. Katrina’s passion and focus is generally structured around business and how best to help others succeed.
Katrina and Sandy work very closely in their roles and share a passion to support vulnerable families and engage with outside stakeholders in their mission to break down the barriers for families to access childcare.
Karren Thorpe
Educational Leader/Coast Coordinator - Karren is based on the Sunshine Coast and is the coordinator for Brisbane and the surrounding areas. Karren has many years’ experience in education and care and is a mum of 3 grown children and a Ma to 7 beautiful grandchildren. Karren loves to spend time with her family and traveling with her partner.
Marianne Troiani
Coordinator - Marianne comes to us with a background in Family Day Care and vast experience from the various positions held within the childcare industry. Marianne enjoys living close to the beach and has 3 adult daughters. Best of all, she loves being a Mema, spending special moments with her 7 delightful grandbabies.

Administration Officer – Sophie comes to us from an industry with great people skills and a willingness to support our team, educators and families engaged with our service and has a passion for helping vulnerable families. Sophie's hobbies are soccer, gardening, cooking, the company of her friends, family and her dog.
Jess Harkins
Administration Officer - Jess is very competent in processing and general family day care administration tasks. Jess has a background in a childcare centre and is passionate about early childhood development. Jess and her partner love to go to the gym and enjoy time with friends, family and her Devon Rex cat Bambi.
